including homemade ricotta ...  then layered again.
This is comfort food
to sigh for.

Sometimes  Denver 
makes a spinach lasagne
with a delicate
Béchamel sauce.

And sometimes
for something 
really different, 
he does Squash Blossom. 

Yes, you can take home 
a whole lasagne ... for a party ... for cooking free days ...
