Served with a large pasta, usually spaghetti … 
with marinara sauce
so the delicate flavor of the sausage 
is not overwhelmed

OR … when available 

Resting on a sourdough whole wheat roll, 
the sausage is blanketed
with softly grilled veggies 
and then all is drizzled 
with a a marinara sauce .
Served with  a side of 
roasted sweet peppers.
